Access Statement

We aim to and confidently ensure that all our guests have comfortable facilities, all requests are dealt with efficiently and all guests are made to feel welcomed throughout their stay.

1) House located on the level 50 metres from the promenade
2) Small private car park at the rear of the House (no access from the rear)
3) On road parking available outside the House between 5pm and 10am and at all times for disabled badge owners
4) Minimum of three steps to enter the House
5) Ground floor twin bedded en suite room available (Door width to en-suite 580cms)
6) Other rooms on 1st floor or higher No Lift
7) No Steps to Lounge and Dining room on the ground floor
8) Porter service is available to assist guests with luggage
9) The town centre is approx 5 minutes by foot
10) Bookings for taxi's can be made from the House
