Booking Terms
Arrival - check in between 13.00 and 22.00 hrs
Deposit - to make a reservation lynton house require credit/debit card
details to hold the room.
A deposit of £50.00 per room will be taken for group bookings of 4+ rooms
Making a Reservation - Lynton house require credit/debit card details to hold the room. Payment is due on the morning of check out either by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. (Please note a charge of 2% will be added to all credit card payment)
Non smoking policy - it is against the law to smoke on our premises, anyone found to be smoking will be asked to leave the premises with no refund given (an extra night may also be charged)
