Terms & Conditions

1. To make a reservation Lynton House require a credit/debit card number to hold the room. Alternatively a cheque for the the first night stay can be sent.

2. The balance of the stay is required on the day of check out by either cash, cheque, debit or credit card (please note a charge of 3% will be added to all credit card payments)

3. cancellation policy
a) Bookings cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date will not be charged
b) Bookings cancelled between 3 and 7 days notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the first night.
c) Bookings cancelled with less than 3 days notice and all 'no-shows' will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking value

4. Any breakages or damages to the property will be charged against the credit/debit card

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited and is against the law. If you do smoke you will be asked to leave immediately and any additional nights were the room is unable to be sold will be charged.

Non smoking policy - it is against the law to smoke on our premises, anyone found to be smoking will be asked to leave the premises with no refund given (an extra night may also be charged
