Arrived earlier than anticipated. However, I received a warm, friendly and helpful welcome.Was given a choice of two rooms as there was a slight issue with allocated room, newly painted window frame would not close.I chose this room as it was on lower floor.Problem solved, as I was given an extra heater.Nice hot shower, breakfast freshly cooked, high quality ingredients cooked to perfection and served piping hot on a hot plate.In fact, the best breakfast I've ever had in Llandudno and I've stayed in many places over the years.

Always our go to for Llandudno, have been going to this B&B since 2016. Hosts/owners are friendly, warm and always welcoming. Have a great selection of rooms and we have been lucky to stay in quite a few of them. The rooms are spotless, furbished to a high standard and have all amenities needed. Some of the rooms have nice views of the bay. The B&B has a great breakfast selection, and the house grill is superb. We always look forward to our stay here.

My wife and i often visit Llandudno for short breaks and we both agree that the Lynton is the best accomodation we have stayed at. Quality rooms, Staff first class food of a really high standard. We will definately return and will recomend the lynton to all our friends.

We had a lovely two nights staying at Lynton House. Everything was just right, exactly as you’d want it to be.The breakfast was also spot on, plenty of choice for everyone.Lynton House is in easy reach of the centre of Llandudno so only a short walk.The room was very clean and well furnished.Sheridan and Mark were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at Lynton House!

We loved this B&B.The decor is very tasteful and welcoming. The hosts were lovely and attentive.The breakfast Choices were good and the food excellent.The room was lovely, had everything you need and the Spa bath was a bonus.I would definitely recommend.

we,ve stayed with mark and sheridan at lynton house for around 15yrs. lynton house is a cosy ,modern,clean b&b conveniently situated for the seafront,bars,restaurants and shops. owners mark and sheridan are a lovely couple who welcome you on arrival as guests and you leave as friends. the breakfast served is second to none with a varied choice freshly prepared and presented. having spent new year at lynton house can i thank mark and sheridan for a lovely stay already looking forward to our stays with them throughout the coming months. many thanks and a happy new year

I stayed from 21st-25th October with my best friend Jane. As always, we were made extremely welcome, and have thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Lynton House. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the breakfasts are delicious, and Mark and Sheridan look after us so well. Lynton House is ideally situated in Church Walks. We can thoroughly recommend a stay there.

Group of eight adults staying for 3 nights. Lynton House is a lovely b&b in a perfect spot to access all the attractions of Llandudno.All our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished.An excellent breakfast well presented with plenty of choice. Our lovely, friendly hosts making sure we had plenty of food to keep us going for most of the day.Will highly recommend Lynton House to Friends and others.

My room was light and airy with my own radiator. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast could not be faulted. Amazing since I have allergies. I look forward to returning and would not hesitate to recommend Lynton House.

We have stayed at Lynton house twice. We had room 11 on this recent break. Excellent room, really comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The breakfast was superb really well cooked and extra toast and coffee or tea on request.The hosts and the staff were really helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at Lynton House. The room was very clean and the hosts were really lovely and friendly. The location is great and very close to the beach, restaurants abd other attractions.I had to subtract a star as I had to ask a couple of times for the essentials in my room to be topped up, but apart from that it was a really lovely experience and I would definitely recommend!

Having had a very enjoyable stay last June we decided to book a week in September2024.Right from the welcome from Sheridan and cases taken upstairs to our room by Mark we knew why we consider Lynton House the best B&B we have ever stayed at. The room (15)which we booked last year has a lounge area , in addition to the bedroom with settee etc,All scrupulously clean. The bathroom is extremely well fitted with walk in shower.The Brekkies, as good as ever, freshly cooked to perfection by Mark .If you feel like evening drink a drinks cabinet is available in the lounge stockedwith wine etc all at very reasonable prices.Lynton House is ideally located on Church Walks with plenty of Eateries close by. The Queen Vic for standard pub fare ( make sure you say you are from Lynton to qualify for 10percent off the bill. The Teverna does excellent pizzas etcSo, to conclude, if you want the best B&B book the Lynton House.

I have stayed for 5 nights and have had the best sleep ever. The food is amazing, the nicest I've had in any B&B in Llandudno. This is my 10th visit to Llandudno and this was the best by far. The hosts are lovely and so friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and the hotel is quiet and relaxing. I will definitely come back next year.

Fantastic location, quiet street but right by all the main attractions of the town. The most accommodating of hosts who cannot do enough for you, and the place itself is supremely comfortable and well appointed. Cant wait to return.

Our two night stay at this accommodation was very enjoyable. Both hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The property was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. Arrived on Friday around 1.30pm and we were pleasantly surprised our Superior room was ready It was clean & comfortable, so good start.Location is spot on, beach /pier / town centre / tram to Great Orme all less than 5mins away. Breakfast couldn't fault, everything you would normally expect.If you needed extra pot of tea/coffee, toast etc just ask you will receive it without any fuss. Overall a very enjoyable 3 night stay

Lynton B&B is the best place to stay in Llandudno as a family we would not stay anywhere else. It is home from home with a warm welcome from Mark & Sheridan, beautifully decorated family room comfy bed and pillows our 8 year old son sleeps on the sofa bed and he says it’s so comfortable and always sleep well. Breakfast is so nice and lots to choose from.Best place to stay I couldn’t recommend it enough.Thank you Mark & Sheridan for having us see you next year. Xx

Returning after 9 years to find the same warm welcome and legendary breakfasts. Always well presented and clean throughout. Would recommend above any B&B in the area.

It’s a place where once you’ve visited you’ll return if you visit Llandudno again like many of the guests that you talk to. Very modern bedrooms & bathrooms & lovely choices for breakfast & not forgetting the lovely hosts who make everyone welcome. Again we were lucky with the weather.

Ideal location lovely B&B. We had a superior double room, which was nice, but bathroom a little on the small side and bed was only a double size.A superior room I would have expected a king size.The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and good choice from various cooked items to cereals fruit and yoghurt. In the lounge was a cute little honesty bar where you could sit and enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine. Parking is a bit of a challenge when it's busy, although they have a very small car park at the rear for about 4/5 cars. There is some street parking which can be found for free, locally or in walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lynton house hotel. The room was really comfy ,clean and tastefully decorated. The en suite was lovely and newly refurbished. The breakfast was out standing!!!! All in all we had a really great stay. We would recommend this hotel. Also the position is ideal for the pier and the excellent shopping in Llandudno.

Enjoyable stay , comfortable bed ,a little warm at times ,a fan was in our room but did not work .we did not get in the bed but slept on top under the throw ,.nice breakfast .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind klein, die Betten auch, aber alles völlig ausreichend. Der Host war überaus freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer lag im obersten Stock und hatte eine tolle Sicht auf die Stadt.

This b&b and town is very under rated, the lady who is front of house is a great woman, so friendly and easy to talk to. The hotel is immaculate and loved my stay for 2 night and felt like I didn’t wanna leave..Great place

Made to feel welcome from the start nothing was to much trouble. Rooms were spotless and were furnished and decorated beautiful. The bed was the comfiest we've slept on. Our party stayed ay Lynton House for a week. The rooms we'd been allocated were nicely decorated with ample storage and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were adequate in size but the showers deserve a special mention for their ample dimensions and luxurious water flow. Also of note were the wide choice of breakfasts available, all cooked to our individual tastes and appetites. There's no doubt that if paying another visit to Llandudno the Lynton would be our first choice.

Having stayed at Lynton House for almost 20 years you could not find a more helpful couple than Mark and Sheridan. We have never wanted for anything. The room was perfect as it included tea/coffee making facilities and bathroom supplies not forgetting a most comfortable bed.When it comes to the breakfast you would not want for anything. Highly recommended.

This will be our 8th year of coming to Lynton House. This time we came with our son and partner, daughter,partner and baby and my brother. As always everywhere was lovingly looked after, great decour, lovely and clean and a beautifully cooked breakfast by Mark. Sheridan and Mark looked after us all, accommodating baby Charlotte with a travel cot and high chair, and providing Chloe with ice packs and a crutch as she sprained her ankle while out and about. We all enjoyed our stay, and all said they would return.💕💕💕💕

My Girlfriend Nicky and I had a three night stay and it was very good.The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was wonderful.We had a sea view and there was a sitting area outside where you could watch the world go by.Very central for everything and a parking area at the back.The breakfast was very good and cooked fresh.The owners were very helpful and very welcoming.Its the best place I have stayed in for a long time and we shall certainly stay there again.

We stayed in Room 6 on the top floor for 2 nights in July,Good location, close to shops, restaurants, the tramway station and the pier.Our room was spotless, well prepared, and well presented.Breakfast was excellent - a good selection of cereals, yoghurts, juices and fruit, and the cooked breakfast options were extensive.We had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on Day 1 and Eggs Benedict on Day 2 - all beautifully presented, plentiful and well cooked.The offer of tea, coffee and toast was limitless.We were able to park in the car park on day 1, and although it was full when we returned after a day visiting Anglesey on Day 2, we were able to find free roadside parking nearby.Stephanie was so hospitable and nothing was too much trouble.Would definitely stay here again if looking for accommodation in Llandudno.

Well run guest house. We thought a good value stay for July. Friendly and helpful owner (Sheridan), who always tries to be on hand as much as she can. Decor good throughout, breakfast room particularly pleasant. Breakfast was first class with seemingly any combination from the menu. Big bonus was the small car park at the rear of the hotel as street parking in Llandudno can be down to luck. Would we stay here again, certainly.

It is some time since my wife and I stayed at Lynton House and I keep forgetting to complete a review. So I am compiling one now as it definitely deserves a good review. The owners were absolutely lovely, both helpful and friendly. The Guest house is very comfortable and tastefully furnished and the breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice. The location is excellent within a few minutes walk of the promenade and the town and free roadside parking is available not too far away, although the roads do get busy during the high season.My only cautionary comment is that being an old house my wife found that the stairs were a bit steep, so if you do have any mobility problems it is worth requesting a ground floor room. Notwithstanding that we shall try and stay there again without any hesitation.

We booked a small double room which was fine for our needs & it had a nice bathroom.The breakfasts were up there among the best we’ve ever had , beautifully presented & absolutely made our stay. Lynton house feels more like a small hotel rather than a b&b. The dining room is really well set out & there werenice touches … like sauces being served in small bowls not just a bottle on the table. The hosts were very charming & friendly,not intrusivebut always around to help. We will definitely revisit when we next come to Llandudno.

Thee most friendly hosts we have come across , breakfast was Perfect so was the room apart from being on the top floor but I think that comes from being such a popular hostess the place was full . Would definitely come back .

This was a wonderful experience, we were made welcome as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable although next time we will opt for a larger room. Just a short stroll to the promenade Lynton House is ideally situated with good food on the doorstep or just a short walk away. We will visit Llandudno again and when we do this will be our first choice for accommodation.

We stayed at Lynton House last year had a great time had room.3 with a sea view very.nice breakfast excellent couldn't fault it so we went back this year had the same room we stayed 5 nights with breakfast brilliant stay thoroughly recommended it.

A welcoming guest house in a great location for the attractions of Llandudno.Our room was very well appointed and had a flat screen tv.Breakfast was superb with ample choice,There is a private car park but there was insufficient room for all residents when we were there, however we were able to obtain free street parking within a 5 minute walk.Would definitely recommend.

Lynton House was more than I anticipated. The rooms were nice and bright and the guesthouse was in a great location, close to all Llandudno has to offer. Very quiet at night so a great sleep. Breakfast was sooo good! Would definitely recommend staying there.

Very nice, comfortable and friendly B&B in the heart of Llandudno ideally situated for the Great Orme, Pier, shops and unexpectedly good restaurants. The owners are super friendly and can't do enough for you.Very tasty breakfast - fruit, cereal, juice, yoghurts, toast and fried as well as vegetarian options.Our room was clean & comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities (tea, coffee, milk etc provided) and a newly refurbished shower room.No complaints whatsoever, small car park (for 4 I think) but parking in Llandudno is a problem for 95% of hotels so it's a case of on street parking where you can.We will undoubtably return.

We enjoyed our recent stay with Sheridan and Mark.They made us feel very welcome.The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and good quality.The hotel is ideally situated for the promenade, good restaurants and the town centre.We were in room 1. Although it faced the back of the building. It was nicely furnished and spotless.I would suggest adding some form of lighting in the ceiling outside the door of room 1 as it was dark and difficult to see the door lock. Also a small handrail to use when stepping down the steps outside room 1 . My husband has poor mobility and struggled to reach the main stair rail.Overall we had a lovely stay and felt that nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sheridan, Mark and all the staff you looked after us so well.

This is the 4th time I have stayed here. Wouldn’t stayanywhere else in Llandudno. Perfect position two minutes walk from promenade and pier. The rooms are modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are delicious and Sheridan and Mark are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. If you stay here I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We stayed as a family at the Lynton House Bed & Breakfast during the recent half term and must say, from the minute we walked through the door until leaving, our experience was fantastic. The service was extremely friendly and professional throughout the two days.We were booked into three rooms and all three were furnished and decorated to a very high standard with facilities to match that standard. Our stay was comfortable and relaxed and didn't want for anything.We had breakfast on both mornings and I must say the selection suited our requirements, and a special mention must be made to the quality of the produce and the way in which it was cooked.Overall we had an excellent stay and were welcomed and treat very friendly andprofessionally by all members of staff.Thank you all, and will be seeing you again.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay with my with my husband and mum. Lynton House is an amazingB&B, the owners are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. My mum throughly enjoyed the stay and it is central to the main sights of Llandudno, so easy walking distance having parked the car up for the weekend. We visited about 8 years ago and the standards have been maintained if not exceeded and we certainly won’t be waiting another 8 years before we return. Thank you for such a lovely stay!!

My 11 year old daughter and I stayed for 2 nights at the Lynton House B and B in May 2024 and we quickly coined the phrase "home-tel" to replace hotel! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt safe and relaxed.The room was gorgeous (we were in Room 8), it was clean, bright, immaculately decorated and well equipped with a hairdryer and tea/coffee/hot choc making facilities.The breakfast was delicious, fresh with lots of hot and cold options to choose from, we were both huge fans of the scrambled eggs with salmon!Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better, a minute or so's walk from the Pier in one direction and from the Great Orme Tramway in the other.For us, all of Llandudno is within walking distance from this B and B, so it is ideal in every way. Thank you for looking after us so kindly!

Just home from another lovely stay at Lynton House. Welcoming and approachable hosts that made us feel at home, gorgeous rooms that are decorated to a high standard and are spotlessly clean. We had the room with a whirlpool bath that was a welcome touch after a long day and the bed/bedding were so comfy. Breakfast was great! Good quality ingredients and plenty of tea & toast with a seamless service. Ideally located just a stones throw from the pier and the Orme Tramway. Parking is always a bit of a pain in Llandudno but there is a small car park if you can grab yourself a spot, not to worry if it’s full as there’s loads of street parking just a short walk away. Brilliant stay! Looking forward to next time.

Llandudno has lots of holiday accommodations so choosing Lynton House was a random pick for us.We couldn’t have been happier with the choice.Easy access to the Great Orme, boardwalk and town center.Room was very clean, host was very kind and bfast was perfect.

Lynton House is a lovely place to stay. Mark and Sheridan are excellent hosts. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfasts are one of the best in Llandudno.Many thanks tother for the help and understanding they gave my 94 year old mum who has mobility issues. Lynton House is in a good location, close to the pier, we have stayed there twice and parking has not been a problem.

This hotel was great value for money! Rooms were immaculate and very up to date. Comfy and cosy and modern! The bed was also very comfy.Breakfast was also amazing a great variety and all the staff were so kind and welcoming during the whole trip.Would 100% stay again in the future.

We came back to Lynton house as last time it was a wonderful stay. We had room 3 this time and it was beautiful the bed was massive and a beautiful front view. We came for my fiances birthday suprise and staff kindly sat us by the window for breakfast and also gave my fiance a birthday card which was so lovely! Stayed at lyton house for 2 nights 18th/20 May we arrive early on our first day,we were allowed to leave our bags downstairs until our room was ready. When we arrived back to check into our room, our bags had been taken to our room, my partner and I thought this was a lovely personal touch. Our room was beautiful with a side view of the sea. Breakfast was first class. Lyton house is decorated to a very high standard. Sheridan and Mark made us feel so welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. Stayed here for 3 nights over the May Bank Holiday weekend. It’s in a perfect location for all amenities and attractions. There is a lovely spacious lounge area and the room we had was lovely and clean, comfy bed and modern furniture. The breakfast was amazing. We have enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is really good, and sets you up for the day. Very close to all amenities, the front,great Orme and the shops. The proprietors are very accommodating and nothing is any trouble. Everywhere is clean and the beds comfortable.The wifi is hit and miss apparently due to being near the Orme and the TV programmes are on different numbers but nothing you cannot deal with.All told a lovely break.

We would definitely return after a lovely few days staying here.Plan to do your research into parking as it’s limited and there are some stairs to navigate to your bedroom in case they’re not your thing.

Had a three day stay at the Lynton 24th to 27th March.Sheridan and Mark very friendly and welcoming.Our room was excellent (Double superior ensuite with Queen bed,bathroom fitted with a good size walk in shower) and serviced to a high standard.Started each day with a great breakfast.Parking limited but manged to get a space.The hotel location was ideal especially for the Great Orme.Highly recommended and will be going back.

Lynton House is located in a superb position within the town. Very friendly and helpful hosts, our room was airy and nicely presented. We also really enjoyed our tasty breakfasts during our stay. We will definitely be recommending Lynton House to our friends that’s for sure.

If we were staying longer we wouldn't have changed Breakfast again was beautiful. We will be coming back. Lovely room and fantastic hosts. Ideally situated for walks on the sea front, places to eat and plenty of places to visit for a day out. Breakfast was superb, Mrs W had salmon and scrambled egg every morning and I went full cooked. Good quality ingredients. Pub across the road or honesty bar in the hotel in a generous lounge. It's definitely worth a stay!

I visited Lyndon House with my husband and both sets of our parents. It was perfect in every way. The little honesty bar in the lounge was perfect as they couldn’t walk too far. The lounge and breakfast room are beautiful and the food and service at breakfast was excellent. We have already booked again. Thank you

Found this little gem in Llandudno

Everything was just brilliant from fantastic hostsperfect location lovely and clean and good tasty breakfast.If there was one negative i think it was more of a oversight with the cleaner . In the bathroom i found someones sock located on the towel rail i disposed of it in the bin no drama. We look forward to staying with you again.

We have stayed at Lynton House around 6 times now and it was lovely to go back and spend New Year here. Sheridan and Mark are great hosts. The full English breakfast is lovely and there loads of choice as well. Location is brilliant and Rooms are a very good and we have never had any issues here. We will of course will return. Although our stay was only one night Lyndon House was exceptional. Over the years we have stayed at numerous establishments and at every one there was something that did not quite hit the mark - noisy, uncomfortable, poor food, not particularly clean, uncaring staff being examples. Not that we are overly fussy but Lynton House excelled at every aspect of hospitality.Most definitely this will not be our one and only sojourn here.

Lovely welcome, room was good if not a little cold at first. Once we found the heater all was good and room cosy. Breakfast was perfect, very tasty.Perfect location for great walks and good restaurants..would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

Arrived to a friendly warm welcome. Room was spacious clean and had everything you needed. The whirl pool was fantastic. Everyone who stays here has usually been there many times before so in the dining room there’s lots of laughter and catching up. And a big mention for Marks breakfasts they are to die for. Gave been trying to book back into Lynton house since my first stay, but they were always fully booked, no wonder !Lovely warm welcome , beautiful apportioned rooms with impeccable taste in fixtures and fittings,with attention to detail in the room including ear plugs, but you don't need them , very quiet.Breakfast as good as it gets ! Well situated accommodation close to the front and all amenities in LLandudno. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast we superb, unfortunately I had to be away early on my second day so had to miss out, However, I was offered a continental breakfast to be left in my room in replacement, Thank you. All in all a lovely place to stay and I will be booking again for next year.

Lovely cosy b&b , super clean , charming hosts. Decided on a spare of the moment weekend break, and Lynton House was the obvious choice. Got a warm friendly welcome as always. The room was spacious very clean and comfy. There's a good choice for breakfast and it was as always hot, and freshly cooked by Mark, and served with a smile and a chat by Sheridan. It's location makes it great for all the local amenities, whether the pier local pubs or the shops. Hope to be back very soon.

From checking to checking out we couldn’t fault a thing. We were warmly welcomed by Sheridan on arrival & nothing was too much trouble. Our room was cosy with a lovely whirlpool bath & some lovely little touches. We throughly enjoyed the honesty bar & the amazing breakfast served each morning. Even I was staying in single room, it was spacious with double bed, organic tea and coffee selections in the room.Very cosy, clean and wonderful people running this B&B.Another big surprise was amazing breakfast with lots of choice, freshly cooked, proper strong coffee as I like 👍I definitely will be back, thanks.

We were pleasantly surprised how good it was staying at the Lynton House B&B.The room was excellent with a newly refurbished en suite bathroom.The breakfast was also excellent with a wide choice of ceriels, juices, yoghurts as well as a full welsh cooked breakfast. The guest house was spotlessly clean and our hosts, Mark and Sheridan couldn't do enough for us.

Amazing place. Had the superking room which was gorgeous and has a really comfortable bed. And what a view from this room! The place itself is spotless and the breakfast is fantastic. However the best thing about the place is Mark and Sheridan. They made us feel very welcome in their home and could not have been more friendly. As for parking there are 4 spaces at the back but there are 16 rooms so you more than likely wont get a space but just drive down past the hotel and go straight down church walks and there is free parking on the road all the way down, You can also park outside to unload your luggage so don't let parking bother you about staying here, its the same at most places in Llandudno. It a wonderful b and b and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Thanks Mark and Sheridan x

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Lynton House in September 2023. Great location, a short walk from the Pier, Great Orme Tram station and Mostyn Street, and with off-street parking spaces which is rare. Lovely interior decor, clean, spacious and comfortable. Spacious room and very clean bathroom with everything you need. Our sea view was great! Breakfast was well organised, well cooked and delicious. Sheridan and Mark were great hosts who have considered everything from their guests point of view. Would stay again and highly recommend.

It was our second stay at Lyndon house. Great place friendly clean and the staff was great the breakfast was lovely and clean and fresh the bedroom was spacious and very clean the shower was lovely the bed and pillows were great and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location close to beach and restaurants and shopping plenty to do great place very happy. The hotel owners were very friendly and helpful thank you for a lovely stay.

Just had a wonderful long weekend break.Owners and staff were friendly and polite, breakfast was excellent- all piping hot, and thoroughly enjoyed!We would have no hesitation to recommend this B & B, so close to the pier, pub right opposite serving great food. The only downside is an older property thee is no lift so if you can’t climb stairs please ask for a lower floor room.The whole place was immaculately furnished and very clean throughout. What a fantastic find this turned out to be!The location is ideal - pretty central but fairly quiet.The accommodation is maintained to a high standard and very clean.Breakfast was excellent and made to order, really couldn’t ask for any more.The owners were excellent, giving good advice etc.There is a nice seating area outside and a good lounge with an honesty bar inside (which was very reasonable).We will definitely look to come back here again.

Really well located for the Great Orme and the best places to eat are this end of town. Highly recommend “Providero coffeehouse” if you like good coffee… just 5 minutes walk and the Blue Elephant Indian restaurant was very good. Nice selection of cooked breakfast options available, my personal favourite was the eggs benedict. Owners were very pleasant.

My first impression was how new and clean it was. Our room 15 was amazing. The breakfast and hospitality was excellent. The parking made a lot of difference as we have struggled before. Llandudno is one of my favourite places. Will be back.

After an impromptu decision to have a couple of days at the seaside, we returned to Llandudno after some period of time, we were lucky enough to secure a stay for two nights at Lynton House which was an old favourite of ours from the past,good decision, lovely clean room with great decor,perfect breakfast with wide choice of options, what's not to like,so it's thanks to Sheridan and the team for an enjoyable stay in a great location.

My wife and I stayed at the Lynton House Bed this July 2023 in their Deluxe Super king size suit which was comfortable and clean, Mark and the family made us very welcome.There was parking around the back of the house but this was limited, on a positive note, from 4pm to 10am the next day you can park on many of the streets free of charge.The breakfast selection was extensive and cooked to order with plenty of coffee, tea and toast on request.The location was excellent 3 mins to the start of the Promenade and many restaurants within a 5 mins walk also Llandudno main attractions not far away.Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Perfectly located in a quiet street close to the pier, Orme tramway and the town, the property was extremely clean and very well cared for. Lots of nice touches to make guests feel welcome, such as the umbrellas and suncream by the door. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, all of which was very tasty. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. This will be the first place we look to book whenever we return to the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

From start to finish we were welcomed as if we were part of the family, the room was comfortable, clean and had plenty of storage .Although there was no parking available, it was easy to find one up the road near the church walk .The breakfast options were first rate and the cooked breakfast was excellent, with as much toast and tea you could eat .I did like the honesty bar idea as wellWe loved our stay here and it would be our first option if we come to Llandudno again .

I really enjoyed my break , fantastic breakfast with excellent choices , the bed was comfortable and the room clean .The Internet was a little slow but who cares when you have such a lovely town to explore and being located in this part of the town near the tram was a real bonusI am refreshed and ready to go back to my busy workplace .The staff are wonderful and we chatted as if I was just one of the family.

This is our third stay at Lynton House. We love this BnB. Gorgeous house, comfortable, fantastic breakfast. Mark and Sheridan are excellent hosts they go the extra mile to make your stay a great one. 1 minute walk to promenade.Definitely recommend. Booked for 2024.

Lovely B&B, very clean we stayed in a room with a separate lounge which was perfect for us, great breakfast lots of choice, the hosts are very friendly nothing was too much trouble, the B&B is in a perfect location for the Great Orme tram, sightseeing bus and the amazing pier, we have never been to Llandudno before and the host gave us a run down on some of the things to do when we arrived, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, overall we had a fabulous weekend break.

My stay was perfect, I had room 4 and it was lovely booked it again for 2024. Lovely hosts, good breakfast, clean and relaxing communal areas. All in all a fab weekend. Thank you

This was our second visit to Lynton House and our return visit was no less perfect than our first.Perfectly situated minutes from pier and Promenade etc.Property is beautifully maintained and clean.Breakfast was excellent with a range of fruits pastries cereals etc. From the menu we opted for the full breakfast , all items were of a high quality.Would Highly recommend.

We spent two nights at the Lynton House bed & breakfast. What a beautiful, relaxing place it was.Lovely greeting as soon as we arrived, everything was so clean and perfect from arriving to leaving. Our room was so spacious and lovely, we stayed in the king suite which had a seperate lounge area. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Continental and full cooked breakfast. Everything was made fresh as and when you required it, so nice and hot. We would definately go back and would also recommend to family & friends. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. Lovely location close to all amenities and the pier. We hope to see you again soon!

Travelling with a friend, both of us "mature" we appreciated Lynton House for its very convenient position, the warm welcome and helpfulness, even suggesting places to visit. Bedrooms were comfortable and very well equipped. The choice at breakfast seemed unlimited and was cooked to order. We felt "looked after", even to having luggage carried downstairs for us.

We arrived and Sheridan was there to greet us she’s lovely and very pleasant and very informative of places to go and visit. The Lynton House is very beautiful and very homely the decor and the furnishings were fabulous. It’s spotless and the breakfasts were exceptionally gorgeous lots of choice and first class food was presented every time. Great service too!! the staff were so friendly and if you needed anything they all were very helpful .. we were so impressed I will be telling all my friends and family to book at this oasis in Llandudno.. This was our 7th stay over the last 10 years and we cannot find fault. Mark and Sheridan are the perfect hosts in what is an ideally located guest house very near the pier and shops. The quality of the room is excellent with lots of good features. The breakfast is substantial and well made by Mark using some of the best ingredients. I’m sure we will be back again.

This is the 7th time we have stayed at Lynton House. Sheridan & Mark are just the best hosts with the best breakfast & the best rooms. I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Very convenient position near promenade. Host was first class ( as was the breakfast!). Room had plenty of space and en-suite was ideal for my disabled wife. I thoroughly recommend Lynton House and will gladly return.

Staying at Lynton House was the perfect place for me and my young grandson. The host were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was the perfect position, modern, clean and really comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, very enjoyable and promptly served. The dining room was bright and comfortable. It was a really lovely place to stay.

As ever, our annual the stay at Lynton was a joy. Clean and well decorated as ever. Lovely breakfast too.

A great place to stay, and wonderful service from the family, room clean and well worth the cost.The breakfast cooked to order, was slick and very good indeed. Parking is a challenge but it states that when you book.Good please to eat locally and easy bus routes to places too.

Lovely 2 night stay. Room very clean with all the facilities you need. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and all of the staff are helpful and attentive. The b and b is in an excellent position for the Great Orme and pier with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Would definitely reccomend, we have stayed before and will again.

Absolutely amazing stay at this B&B. We were lucky enough to get there early and get a park space at the back which made our stay lovely and easy. Perfect location near the peir and all amenities of Llandudno. Our room was immaculate. Only downside with the room was there was only one socket to use so we had to share charging our phones, however I'm sure if we had said something they would have found an extension lead for us.They went above and beyond even giving my fiancé a birthday card. The breakfast was fantastic, offered lots of toast and unlimited coffee and juice. First morning we both had the full English and it could not be faulted. The second morning I had the egg benedict which was amazing. 10/10 for this B&B, we will defo be returning.

My husband and I had a lovely weekend stay at Lynton house. Hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Room/bathroom really clean and upto date. Comfortable bed and pillows. Tea/coffee facilities and hairdryer if needed. Breakfast was all you could ask for. Would definitely return.

We have stayed here with the hosts Sheridan and Mark, several times over recent years and wouldn't even think to stay anywhere else in Llandudno.As a small family run guest house, attention to detail is their priority.Rooms are well equipped, comfy and up to date with regards to décor and furnishings.Plenty of options for breakfast and lots of friendly chat and banter with the hosts.Higly recommend.Call them direct to book rather than going through a well-known booking service, as that way the hosts get the full cost.

Arrived and managed to bag one of the hotels parking spaces and had an easy, fuss free check in. Lovely clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed. I slept like a log, both nights! The water preassure in the shower wasnt the strongeat that I've ever encountered but we where at the top of the building and it was still fine for us and it did keep a good constant temperature. The honesty bar looked good quality and very reasonably priced although we didn't actually make use of it, we thought it was a nice touch. The location can't be faulted. Just uned the Orme and about 100 metres, if that, to the promenade and pier. Would definitely look if they have availability the next time we look to go to Llandudno

I went for a golfing break with my two sons and stayed here for three nights.The accommodation was impeccable. Room was very clean and tidy and everything was there you would expect. I was asked if I wanted my room cleaned each day also.There was a good choice for breakfast each morning but the Full English served all my needs with extra tea and toast if required.There is parking at the back of the guest house for four cars which was very safe and secure.All in all an excellent place to stay with the pier, pubs, restaurants and other shops within a very short walking distance.There is also a very comfortable lounge to sit and relax whilst waiting for all to gather.I would highly recommend and will be stopping again next year without any hesitation.

My wife and I stayed at Lynton House between 22nd and 25th May 2023. We chose to have the King Suite and we weren't disappointed. The whole property and rooms are decorated and furnished to a really good standard and is very comfortable. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast was just perfect. It's a ten out of ten for us and we hope to return soon.

Most comfortable twin bedded room on the ground floor, everything we needed spotlesslyclean. wonderful breakfast superbly cooked with locally sourced produce good choices to choose from. We have stayed in Llandudno several time's this has been by far the best B&B, we shall return next year. owners and staff were very helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay here during the short visit to llandudno. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, helped us with an early check in request owing to my wife’s health condition, and the entire check in/check out process was seamless.Was slightly unclear about the breakfast timings so missed out on that, but apart from that everything was perfect.Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting llandudno.

First time in Llandudno, room was lovely, Sheridan was a lovely host and Melissa looked after us so well at breakfast. Hotel was so local to all the attractions that Llandudno offers, managed to park at the rear which was perfect. Will be back probably later in the year.

Was pleasantly surprised when arrived, Lynton House looks lovely. We managed to park on the road outside so could unload easy apart from the rain. The Great Orme tram ride is only just a short walk from B&b. You can walk into town and only takes a few minutes.Breakfast is a treat. Not only can you have cereal, fruit etc plus cooked breakfast you can have Welsh cakes. Can ask for them to be warmed. If you have any allergies of need skimmed milk, you only need to ask. I would highly recommend this b&b for a stay in Llandudno.

Very calm and comfortable b&b.Breakfast were fab and service was amazing, coffee within seconds of sitting down - heaven! Rooms were a great size and v generous for a single person. Location is in one of the best buzziest areas of Llandudno. Very accommodating. If I could give any advice is that when you ask guests if they need anything in their rooms to ask them discreetly, as everyone listens to people’s requests such as toilet paper and it may make people feel uncomfortable if others around can hear. Not negative feedback at all, just a nice touch that adds to your already brilliant service, I will be back :)

I've viewed availability for summer but it's all booked; I can see why! We've stayed in a lot of hotels/B&B in Llandudno, but Lynton House will always be our go back to place. Number 1 B+B in LLandudno we wouldnt stay anywhere else. Lovely warm welcome from Mark and Sheridan. The hotel is in a great location and quite central for most things. Lynton house is a lovely place to stay. The owners are very pleasant and helpful.The location is very good, very close to the pier. Parking at the time of year we were there (early March) wasn't a problem. The restaurant/ breakfast room is lovely, breakfast itself was exceptional. Our room was a superior double, the bedwas extremely comfortable. The walk in shower in the ensuite was superb. The settee in the room was also comfortable. The only criticisms we can make is that the room was a little smaller than our expectations and drawer storage might be a problem if you wanted to stay for more than 2 or 3 days. One other suggestion, for people who might want to watch the television, it might be an idea to move it to a position where you can watch it from the settee rather than bed.

We were greeted on our early arrival in a most positive and thoughtful manner. It was really cold and wet outside, we were invited in and informed that our room was ready although we arrived well before our scheduled booking time. We were able to place our luggage in our room, which was so inviting of our guests Mark and Katy.The room was well furnished and clean with toiletries at our disposal. A lovely room with sea view room 11.The hotel has a lovely lounge with a honesty bar full of inviting drinks of all sorts.The breakfast served for our two night day was excellant and the service really good .We cannot fault the hotel, service food and accommodation and hopefully we will return.Many, many thanks Mark and Katy for your wonderful accomadation, and thoughtfulness.

Really glad that we chose to stay here for a few nights. Our room (twin-ground floor) was spacious, comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. Nicely fitted bathroom with a really good shower and plenty of toiletries. Good choice at breakfast and nothing too much trouble. Speaking of food there are several good places to eat nearby and advice freely available. Would definitely recommend without any hesitation.

Everything about my stay was superb - the room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom supplied with mini toiletries which I appreciated as I had forgotten my shower gel. I was delighted and relieved to see facilities for making a cup of tea with the added touch of two chocolates to welcome me. The room was bright, airy and warm.The breakfast was delicious, with a good fruit combination of fresh fruit salad, perfectly poached eggs, crispy toast and hot tea.The owners were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this place to everyone.a

Great location. We didn’t spend much time in the accommodation as we were out and about, but when we were there it was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, and there was plenty of choice to meet all needs and tastes.

Located, just off the seafront and with some excellent restaurants within a few meters, this was an ideal location. We had a small double room on top floor, but it was immaculately appointed and very clean. It was a touch cold (we were there during a cold spell but an extra blanket was supplied on request.) Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Good value for money. We loved Llandudno.

Me and 2 colleagues stayed at Lynton House for our partner meeting. We had 2 very early starts and they accommodated us for an early cooked breakfast both mornings. This was greatly appreciated. The place was lovely with not what I would say was typical guest house decor it was quite modern and up to date. A real pleasure to stay there. I definitely would again.

Been coming to Llandudno for years and can honestly say this B&B is one of the best. Very clean, modern, rooms are spacious. The living room is nice with an ‘honesty’ bar. Breakfast is lovely too. Will definitely be booking again.

I stayed at Lynton House B&B for 4 nights with a friend.We were both very happy with our stay. Hosts were very friendly and could not do any more to make our stay comfortable. Lovely place, comfortable, very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable lounge area and the breakfasts were perfect, could not ask for any more really. Also the B&B is well positioned in Llandudno to go for lovely walks, along the seafront, coastal walks and so close to everything we needed, including lovely cafes, restaurants, shops and convenience stores too. Had a change from staying over the weekend and stopped from Monday to Friday. As usual a warm and friendly welcome from Mark & Sheridan. Arrived early but no issue, left the cases down stairs and went for a stroll. On coming back cases had been taken to the room. The room was lovely, clean and fresh. We always look forward to breakfast as it's all cooked fresh and hot.The location is ideal for both the pier and going into town. Haven't stayed anywhere else for over 10 years now, and don't intend to. We'll be back soon.

I can't express how beautiful this hotel is. The hosts, Sheridan and Mark were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in room 3 which had a large bay window with side sea-view.The room was immaculate bed was really comfy plus added little touches of toiletries and chocolate, tea and coffee.Breakfast was superb, varieties of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and the Lynton House breakfast which consisted of Bacon, sausage , fried egg, beans, mushrooms and grilled tomato and as much tea, coffee and toast as you want. Try this hotel out, you will not be disappointed!!Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

My first time in Llandudno. My fiancee had been several times as a child and said many times it is a lovely and beautiful town. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. At Lynton House you feel welcome. Friendly hosts that serve food tasting homemade.Strongly recommend it. Would definitely come back.

Sheridan and Mark gave me a very warm welcome as usual.I was in room 12,a single but with a big comfortable double bed. The room overlooks Church Walks at the front and the Queen Victoria pub.Marks breakfasts are superb and on new years day I enjoyed a delicious glass of bucks fizz.A new year card pushed under my door was a delightful touch and a perfect end to my weekend. We stayed at Lynton House for my birthday break. We stayed 2 nights. What a fabulous find. Mark and Sheridan very warm and welcoming. The room was great, huge bed, lovely linen and soft white towels ( in the bathroom where they should be). The breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice and cooked to perfection. We made use of the honesty bar on a couple of occasions, well stocked and reasonably priced. A lovely, homely and very pretty place to stay. Lots of lovely little touches and a well stocked beverage tray in our room. Will be back for sure.

We absolutley loved out stay at Lynton House. Booked it online completely in the dark about Llandudno and couldn't have picked a better location. Mark and his wife were tremendous hosts. The house was immaculately restored and quite grand. The room we were in was perfect. The attention to details was impressive. Sitting in the lounge in the evening reading a book and partaking of the drinks fridge was very nice. A nice glass of wine or the final beer of the day was the perfect way to finish off the day. The breakfst in the morning was top notch. Full breakfast cooked just the way you liked it and any amount you wanted to order. Mark runs a very good kitchen. Overall we could not say enough good things about their home. We wold definitley stay there again if ever we were to return to this area.

A great long weekend. Sheridan & Mark looked after us very well. The celiac within our group drives the rest of us mad but Sheridan & Mark looked after him famously (so well he didn't moan to the rest of us!). Breakfasts were superb with lovely ingredients. The honesty bar is a nice touch & well priced. Rooms are well presented & just what you need.The B&B is well placed with good eating places scattered around.Would certainly stay again.

Not stayed here for a few years because of COVID. It is still stunning our room was fabulous overlooking the street and the pier to the side. Modern and clean. Beautiful bathroom. Tea & coffee and other hot beverages. A very good choice for breakfast. Full English recommended. Still the same couple who are so helpful.Fully recommend.

There is a comfortable lounge area and outside seating for alfresco coffee, or a quick smoke for those that need it. The dining room is well laid out and bright and the breakfast was first class. Lynton House is also in a good location within easy walking distance of the promenade, cafes and shops and with some limited parking on site.

Just come back after a great 2 nights stay at the Lynton House Hotel. We got a very warm welcome on the day we arrived by the host and the friendly staff. Our room was more than we expected, because the websites photos didn't do it justice. Breakfast had a great choice, with the scrambled eggs to die for! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, as we will return for another break in the near future. It was excellent!

We have stayed at the Lynton a number of times and it never disappoints.It is well placed for the pier and the start of the Orme, as well as the Promenade.Sheridan and Mark are super friendly and the breakfast has a good choice, so there is something for everyone.The rooms are always immaculate.If I had to pick a negative it is that it was over way too quickly, but never fear will shall be back.

Sited perfectly for town centre and (much) longer walks. Rooms clean, tidy and comfortable. Comfortable lounge area with an honesty bar if travelling in larger groups. Breakfast simple but quick and cooked there and then not reheated. Service excellent. Could maybe unplug the speaker playing me Ed whatever his name is during breakfast! But that's my only gripe!

My sister and I had an amazing stay at Lynton House, Llandudno.We were travelling via train and were able to drop off luggage early in the day. When we arrived back our luggage had been taken to our room. Mark and Sheridan were very welcoming too which put us at ease straight away.The house itself is very clean, well presented and the rooms are exceptionally roomy. We loved the waiting/living room it was very modern, yet cosy.We stayed in a standard double. The beds were soft and comfy, they had a thin cover to accomodate the (very hot) weather. Lamps on either side on bedside tables. Tea and coffee facilities available from regular to decaf coffee, and normal tea to fruit and green tea.There isn't a fridge in the room, but they do have an honesty bar that has a range of alcohol, fizzy drinks and water, with a wine in a rack. My only critic would be to have more soft drinks available, but that is me just being extra fussy.Bathroom was very clean, shower was roomy and they had little soap, shampoo, body wash and body cream.The location is literally 5 minutes walk away from the pier, but not too close to hear all the noise. The tram to The Great Orme is at the top of the road.There was a lot of choice for breakfast, we cannot comment on the warm food as we didn't order any except the toast which was lovely and they had butter and a variety of preserves. There were different cereals, fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, granola, pancakes, fresh fruit juice and flavoured yoghurts. We were asked whether we wanted tea or coffee upon being seated at our table.Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I am going there again in a few weeks with my fiancé. Looking forward to it.

We had a wonderful stay at Lynton .What an amazing team the family are?So helpful and kind around to help but unobtrusive.Hotel spotless location supberb.I changed rooms to a single on day 3.No problem my luggage transferred.My grand daughter joined me for breakfast .No problems with that.My partner arrived later than expected.Sheridan gave me a key to access the house.Our weather was exceptional. A great place to stay,very clean, beautifully presented and comfortable.Mark and Sheridan are excellent hosts, there when needed but not intrusive. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice to suit everyone. Highly recommend you experience this for yourselves 😊

Lovely short stay (2 nights) at Lynton House. Room was nice size for a double and lovely and clean, and despite being at the back it had a lovely outlook.My adult son stayed in the single room which had a double bed, a real plus, and room itself was similar size to a double room we've stayed in at other hotels so definitely big enough for one. Communal lounge lovely and spacious with honesty bar. Dining room also spacious and breakfast was delicious with several options.Hosts very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again if in Llandudno and would also highly recommend.

Just spent three enjoyable days at LYNTON House. Sheridan and Mark made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the breakfast must be the best in Llandudno. It’s close to all amenities, the pier, bars and restaurants.

Hotel in a great position close to the prom and pier and a short walk into town our hosts Sheridanand Mark were very helpful and the breakfast was first class we had lovely room if i was going back I would definitely stay here .

Another lovely stay at Lynton House, the whole place clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, with spacious rooms. Complimentary toileteries, and a well stocked tea tray in every bedroom. The honesty bar is a good idea and it’s lovely sat outside watching the world go by, you can even see sea! Mark and Sheridan are great hosts, you can’t ask for more 😀😀

Lynton house is a little gem! Exceptionally clean rooms, equipped with everything you might need! Lovely little touches make the perfect experience! Fantastic breakfast cooked and presented perfectly! Hosts are so friendly too! Lyntonhouse is in a great location for the pier, tramway, cable cars, boats and lovely promenade!

We enjoyed our stay at Lynton House, we have stayed there before and have always been made very welcome. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts are to a high standard.We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at this lovely family run hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated for the pier, beach, Great Orme, town centre and transport links. The hotel is decorated to a very high standard both rooms and public areas are very comfortable. Good choice of options for breakfast. Owners very welcoming and helpful. Bonus of limited onsite car parking. Particularly enjoyed the sun trap front patio, don't forget to pack your sun tan cream! Highly recommended.

This was the 4th time myself and my partner had stayed at Lynton House and another excellent stay. The room was comfortable and clean; breakfast was excellent and the hosts Sheridan and Mark were hospitable as always. Would definitely stay again and would happily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in lovely Llandudno.

From the beginning to the end of our stay at the Lynton was thoroughly brilliant. Mark and Sheridan are very good hosts and made our stay that bit more special by being helpful, problem solving and friendly. Our room was spotless and extremely well presented. Large and very comfortable bed and nice view from the window of the sea.The breakfast was superb and a good choice on the menu.All in all a place we would definitely recommend and hopefully will return to again soon ourselves.Thank you Mark and Sheridan for making it a lovely holiday.

Stayed at lynton house for our anniversary sat & sun. Location of property is great. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend and would come back if staying in Llandudno again.

What a lovely and friendly welcome we received on first arrival . The premises were immaculate and the breakfast menu was very enjoyable. The business is very well managed and all staff were first class , we will most definitely be returning to Lynton House for our next stay in Llandudno.

We really enjoyed our couple of days at Lynton House, we had a lovely room with a bay window looking out towards the sea. It was very relaxing we were lucky enough to get a parking space so ideal. The breakfast was also excellent plenty of choice. Certainly would stay again.Would welcome a one night stay but understand this is probably not possible.
